Account Coordinator

Full-Time in Delray Beach, FL - Remote OK - Associate - Sales

YOUR ROLE

As an Account Coordinator on the FinanceBuzz Sales & Accounts team, you'll be exposed to a variety of different verticals and brands supporting their campaigns and ensuring that we're meeting or exceeding their goals. You will be working cross-functionally with passionate, extremely talented individuals with opportunities for learning, growth, and mentorship. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized, has excellent communication and people skills, is highly motivated to learn, is a consummate team player, and loves working in a fast-paced environment.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Learn and thoroughly understand Launch Potato’s business models and objectives
  • Interact with clients daily via phone and email for tactical requests. Develop, maintain and extend relationships with your portfolio of clients.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize analytics tools for client reporting
  • AdHoc performance analysis of advertiser offer performance and the ability to identify areas of growth or opportunities for optimizing based on advertiser KPIs
  • Assist with on-boarding of FBZ advertisers - facilitate the pre‐launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and help resolve discrepancies
  • CRM and Task Management Data Entry
  • Ensure all offer updates, payout changes, tracking changes are facilitated internally in a timely manner
  • Assist with Client or Internal Billing Questions, Investigate and Troubleshoot tracking/billing Discrepancies, Assist with Finalizing Monthly Client Ad Spend
  • Assist the Editorial team with Advertiser Content Approval
  • Liaise with finance, operations and legal teams on project and client needs
  • Support day‐to‐day client interactions and support Account Management in the cross‐selling and up-selling of existing advertisers
  • Drive towards gross profit target by uncovering incremental spend or budgets that are under fulfilled
  • Work within a team environment, but balance priorities and manage workload independently

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2+ years of experience as an account coordinator or account manager in the digital marketing space
  • Tech savvy; comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for client-facing reports, analysis and presentations.
  • Past CRM management & organization is a plus
  • Content marketing experience a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with tracking integration, server to server post backs, or iframe and javascript pixels
  • Available to travel; approximately 1x month
