Launch Potato is a digital media business that builds brands to connect consumers to advertisers. Our current revenue run-rate is north of $60mm, and we are EBITDA positive. In 3 years, we want to be at $170mm in revenue with 25% EBITDA margins. This role’s mission is to lead a high-performing cross-channel acquisition and marketing team driven to win and deliver over $120MM in ad spend annually with over 140% ROAS.

As the Growth and Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for meeting critical business goals for various Launch Potato companies by developing strategy and executing user acquisition, increased user LTV, and product/revenue growth. This position's overall purpose is to drive growth in several critical areas related to Marketing, User Acquisition, and Product Growth. You will implement effective development and leadership strategies, create and optimize acquisition channels, relentlessly improve KPIs, and aggressively research and develop new acquisition/remarketing tactics based on platform innovation and business needs. You will build a world-class team of the absolute best talent that exceeds expectations and OKRs. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Your team's success will be based on enabling them to

  • Build, launch and scale all of your campaigns with the goal of testing and increasing clicks, conversions, and margin.
  • Growing spend and ROAS day over day and month over month by testing targeting, audiences, and creatives across multiple verticals and accounts. Testing efficiently and scaling quickly
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Performance, Product, and Account teams to continually improve on and off-page performance
  • Take ownership over what tools/reporting/support you need to make your job and our campaigns more efficient by iteratively researching and testing what works vs. does not.
  • Optimizing campaigns to drive higher CTR and quality score (account health) resulting in lower CPAs and a higher return on ad spend
  • Researching and implementing various paid acquisition strategies and developing original creatives to grow users of new and existing companies
  • Creating marketing plans, performance metrics, and budgets that align with business objectives, key results, and priorities
  • Identifying new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
  • Staying up-to-date on the best advertising platforms/networks and strategies for optimizing margin and achieving scale
  • Manage, build and grow a high performing cross-channel marketing team


  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience in managing and scaling an ad spend budget of at least $50mm/year
  • Highly analytical - can synthesize a significant amount of data to make actionable investments
  • Experience in building and managing a high performing team
