Digital Marketing Assistant

Full-Time in Philippines - Remote OK - Entry Level - Marketing

We are looking for a passionate marketer to join our US team!

A scrappy marketing generalist capable of flexing across administrative and creatives. This is a remote position and a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in growth marketing!

The Role:

  • Administrative - You will manage multiple systems, and support business operations including slack, google apps, and zoom, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Email Marketing - You will run and monitor email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management - You will publish organic social media postings on various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Design - You will make basic creatives, and edit graphics and videos for social media pages. You will also create landing pages.
  • Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when necessary.

The Requirements:

  • Must have >2 years experience in Marketing Operations
  • Must have >2 years experience in Social Media Management
  • Must have >2 years experience in basic graphic design and video editing for social media
  • Must have experience in doing administrative tasks
  • Must have experience with the following tools: Slack, Google Apps, Zoom, Photoshop
  • Must have experience with WordPress or a Content Management System
  • Fluent English communication skills (Written and Oral)
  • Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail is important to be successful in this role.
  • Preferably with experience in using SEMRush or any similar tools
  • Preferably with experience in UTMs
  • Can work 8 or more hours a day between 8am and 8pm EST (our office is in Delray Beach, FL)
